1. Premium Refunds

At Insurance Packages Depot, our priority is your satisfaction and security. If you are not completely satisfied with your insurance policy, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the terms of your specific coverage plan and the time of cancellation.

2. Cancellation Period

Most of our insurance policies come with a standard 14-day "cooling-off" period. If you cancel your policy within this period, you will receive a full refund of any premiums paid, provided that you have not made any claims during this time.

3. Pro-rata Refunds

If you choose to cancel your policy after the initial cooling-off period, you may be entitled to a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused period of your coverage. Please note that cancellation fees and administrative charges may apply as outlined in your policy documents.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain administrative fees, broker fees, or set-up charges applied at the inception of your policy are non-refundable. These will be clearly itemized on your initial invoice and policy terms.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. If your payment was made via credit card, please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the transaction.
